Norris Mechanical Shop Inc. is the oldest plumbing, heating, and air conditioning shop in El Dorado.

The company was established in 1945 by T. H. Norris, who ran the business until his death in 1975. At that time, his wife sold the business to a former employee named John Ed Moore, who ran the company until he retired in 2000.

In 2001, John Ed sold the company to Bruce E. Floss, who continues to lead the business today.
