To say I’m impressed is an understatement. My mama recently used Norris Mechanical to replace her AC unit. She just kept saying how nice they treated her. I was shocked when she said that they were bringing 2 window units so she could be cool ( in 100 degree weather) until her unit was installed. Your kindness to my 80 year old mama did not go unnoticed. I also feel like she got a fair price instead of being scammed like many companies . You all are the absolute best! We never think of calling anyone else because you all have done such an outstanding job for us. You all took care of replacing the AC last year and later the issues with the well pump, and now you have replaced an on demand hot water heater. We couldn’t ask for better service!
