This place is AWESOME!! They came out to fix our busted pipe then had to come back out at 10 that night to fix it again due to another peice breaking…they didnt leave us hanging!! They are very nice and prompt.

Absolutely love the maintenance service they have. They come check, service and clean your ac/heat unit right before summer and again in the fall for a price cheaper than one visit from others. Peace of mind in this horrible economy is a blessing!! Highly recommend this company!!

To say I’m impressed is an understatement. My mama recently used Norris Mechanical to replace her AC unit. She just kept saying how nice they treated her. I was shocked when she said that they were bringing 2 window units so she could be cool ( in 100 degree weather) until her unit was installed. Your kindness to my 80 year old mama did not go unnoticed. I also feel like she got a fair price instead of being scammed like many companies .
