The guys at Norris just finished up a complete take out and replacement of our HVAC after our previous system failed. Great service, from start to finish, from the initial service call to seeing us through the new install. They walked us through equipment choices, financing options, and because we were totally without a/c, adjusted so we got quick service. They made sure it all got installed right, and it was like they weren’t even here–except now we have high-efficient cooling and heating. Grateful for the help. Super-pleased with the results. Don’t want to do this again, anytime soon (with the 10-year parts & labor warranty we won’t), but when we do, it’s one call, ya’ll.
Bruce @ Norris Mechanical Shop (NMS) was quick to respond with a bid when my A/C unit flooded for the third time in 3 months and American Home Shield (AHS) refused to honor their insurance policy in a reasonable time. After 3 months of almost daily calls to AHS, I needed to quickly remove a serious health risk (one disabled person plus two retired people forms my household) plus two scheduled operations within two weeks. I believe AHS stalled to get out of doing the work. I let Bruce know I wanted them to do the work. The crew showed up the next business day that I was available. The crew worked professionally and completed the work in a few days. I certainly would use Norris again if the need arose.
The Norris Inc is a definition of professionalism and promise kept. I dashed into their shop to find out about replacing my HVAC system after my AC broke down only to be greeted with genuine interest and effort to help, explaining all the options I have to solve my problem.
Right away, their staff accompanied me from Eldorado all the way to Camden to inspect both my system and home. All other local HVAC companies were a disappointment. Norris helped with an unbelievable financing, installed the new system in record time and at the lowest cost, and offered a great after service at no additional cost. The staff were respectful and cheerful too. 5 stars are not enough to show my gratitude to them. Give ’em a try and see what I’m saying. Thank you Norris!
From the ladies in the office to the men that came to my home, they were all top notch! From beginning to end excellent service. Polite, knowledgeable, great work and completed the job quickly. I recommend them whole heartedly!!!!

Norris Mechanical tore out our old heat pump and replaced it with a new gas furnace and AC unit. They also installed a standby generator. We were all electric before so new gas lines had to be ran which they also installed. They were professional and finished the whole job in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone.
I had an emergency with my unit. Called another company and they worked on it from Friday to late Sat with no improvement. I had contacted 4 companies and Norris is the only one that called me back to schedule that day. I put them off but did setup a service apt for the other 2 units. Late Sunday I emailed and Jennifer replied with she would have them there first thing MOnday AM. They were there at 8:30 am and troubleshot the solution by 9 am. While they were there, the other 2 units hadn’t had any maintenance on them in over 5 years. They serviced all the units and fixed the unit that was faulty. I HIGHLY recommend this company for their response quickly to a non-customer (who is now forever), respective knowledgeable technicians (I’m an engineer in Maintenance so I know good vs bad) and were no nonsense efficent in resolving my issues.
