The Norris Inc is a definition of professionalism and promise kept. I dashed into their shop to find out about replacing my HVAC system after my AC broke down only to be greeted with genuine interest and effort to help, explaining all the options I have to solve my problem.
Right away, their staff accompanied me from Eldorado all the way to Camden to inspect both my system and home. All other local HVAC companies were a disappointment. Norris helped with an unbelievable financing, installed the new system in record time and at the lowest cost, and offered a great after service at no additional cost. You all are the absolute best! We never think of calling anyone else because you all have done such an outstanding job for us. You all took care of replacing the AC last year and later the issues with the well pump, and now you have replaced an on demand hot water heater. We couldn’t ask for better service!
