I had a leak in my parents bathroom at 8pm last week. Called their answering service and Jennifer set me up and sent guys out. Keith and Kevin did a thorough job at finding the problem and did everything possible to get it taken care of. All while being respectful and courteous. That goes a long way with me and I appreciate it very much. I’d recommend Norris’ anytime to anyone. Thank you

During this recent power outage in Eldo, my generator wasn’t working. They sent a serviceman out and in less than an hour we had power. He courteous, knowledgeable and did a great job. He even gave me some great tips to maintain my generator. Norris, you have my business as long as I live in Eldo.
To say I’m impressed is an understatement. My mama recently used Norris Mechanical to replace her AC unit. She just kept saying how nice they treated her. I was shocked when she said that they were bringing 2 window units so she could be cool ( in 100 degree weather) until her unit was installed. Your kindness to my 80 year old mama did not go unnoticed. I also feel like she got a fair price instead of being scammed like many companies . I will gladly recommend Norris Mechanical Shop Inc. to all my friends.
Fast, effective service. Friendly staff. My AC is running better than it has ever run. They managed to get my AC working far better than the company that actually installed it. I will only use Norris from now on.
